Adjusted impact estimates the points per 100 possessions a player adds compared with an average EuroLeague player, after accounting for every teammate and opponent he shared the court with. It is fitted on every stint of the season, starting from his earlier seasons, and the range shows how sure the estimate is (90%).

Anadolu Efes Istanbul were 3.7 points per 100 possessions better with Payne on the court than with him on the bench. Small sample, so read with care.
On/off compares how the team did per 100 possessions with the player on the court and on the bench, in games he played. It depends on teammates and opponents: starters often face the other team's best players, and a strong bench lifts the off-court numbers.
